The First Step

Start a Conversation

If you’re here, something about this approach has probably resonated.

If you’re considering a portrait session at Chapter One Studio, here’s what to expect…

Reaching out doesn’t commit you to anything. It isn’t a booking, and it isn’t a sales conversation. It’s simply the first step. A chance to talk things through and see if this feels right for you.

What Happens Next

Once you send a message, I’ll get back to you personally.

We’ll talk about what’s brought you here, what you’re hoping for, and whether Chapter One Studio feels like the right fit. From there, we can explore the consultation, timing, and next steps… slowly and without pressure.

There’s no expectation to have everything figured out before you reach out.

This Is Especially For You If…

  • You’ve never had professional portraits before

  • You usually feel awkward in front of the camera

  • You’re not looking for anything overly posed or performative

  • You want portraits that feel meaningful, not rushed

If that sounds like you, you’re very welcome here.

Pricing & Approach

An Approach That Matters

Portraits at Chapter One Studio aren’t about volume or speed. Each session is intentionally slow, calm, and human. Designed around you, not the clock.

Because of this, I only take on a limited number of sessions, so each one receives the attention it deserves.

A Starting Point

Portrait sessions begin at £1050, which includes:

  • A framed piece of wall art for your home

  • The associated digital file

This isn’t a purchase of photos. It’s an investment in an experience, and something you’ll live with and enjoy every day.

Worth Planning For

For many people, this isn’t an impulse decision. It’s something you might choose to plan and save for and that’s completely okay. Choosing this intentionally is part of what makes it meaningful.

If this feels like something you’d love to do, even if the timing isn’t perfect, you’re very welcome to start a conversation.
